Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may be cancelled without a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be charged up to 100% of the reservation amount.
A reservation cancelled after the chauffeur has been dispatched may be considered a late cancellation and may be charged in full.
Airport reservations are scheduled based on the information provided by the customer, including flight number and arrival or departure time.
We may monitor flight status when flight information is provided. Normal airline delays generally do not require the customer to cancel or rebook the reservation.
If a flight is cancelled, significantly changed, or rebooked, please contact Airport Limousine LLC as soon as possible so we can adjust the reservation when reasonably possible.
Failure to notify us of a cancelled or changed flight may result in applicable cancellation, waiting-time, or no-show charges.
A reservation may be considered a no-show when the passenger cannot be located or contacted within a reasonable period after the scheduled pickup time.
No-show reservations may be charged 100% of the scheduled fare, including applicable fees.
Customers should contact Airport Limousine LLC immediately if they are unable to locate their chauffeur.
Hourly chauffeur and charter reservations may be subject to a minimum booking period.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before service may be cancelled without a cancellation charge unless otherwise stated in the reservation agreement.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of service may be charged up to 100% of the reserved amount.
Any non-refundable deposit or special-event reservation fee will be disclosed before the reservation is confirmed.
Reservations for major events, holidays, conventions, concerts, sporting events, weddings, or other high-demand dates may have separate cancellation and deposit requirements. Any special cancellation requirements communicated at the time of booking will take precedence over the standard cancellation policy.
Changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, passenger count, or itinerary are subject to availability. Changes that significantly affect the reservation may result in an adjusted fare.
When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
